Enrollment Information
To become a PEF member and receive union benefits, you must submit a PEF Membership application. Once enrolled, your dues will be automatically deducted from your paycheck. You cannot receive PEF benefits if you do not complete the PEF membership application. Visit the Public Employees Federation (PEF) website and the PEF Membership Benefits website for member information.

Vision and Dental Plan Information
PEF vision and dental plans are paid for by the state or negotiating unit and are free for active employees and their families. Vision insurance is provided by Davis Vision and dental coverage is provided by Emblem Health, both have a 28-day waiting period.
