Verification of Agency Return Address on Employee Form W-2 (Wage and Tax Statement) for Tax Year 2025
On September 10, 2025, the Office of the New York State Comptroller issued State Agencies Bulletin 2362 to request verification of the agency’s address to be displayed on Employee Form W-2 for Tax Year 2025.
