Tier 5 Pensionable Overtime (OT) Earnings Limit for Calendar Year 2026 for Employees Enrolled in the New York State Employees’ Retirement System Plan (ERS)

On December 26, 2025, the Office of the New York State Comptroller issued State Agencies Bulletin No. 2404 to notify agencies that the pensionable overtime earnings limit for Tier 5 ERS members for calendar year 2026 is $24,070.60.
