The NYS Department of Civil Service (DCS) has issued a memorandum to announce that there was an update made to the Empire Plan Certificate for active and retired employee of the State of New York. The revised Certificates have been updated with amendments through January 1, 2022 and will only be available online. Employees should be able to view these updates through NYSHIP Online (Guide to Navigating NYSHIP Online).
