On March 20, 2026, the Office of the State Comptroller issued State Agencies Bulletin No. 2424 to notify agencies that OSC will be unable to print SFS checks for Payroll Check Reissues, Reversals, Exchanges, and Direct Deposit Returns during the SFS fiscal year end blackout period.
