On September 5, 2025, the Office of the New York State Comptroller issued State Agencies Bulletin No. 2361 to notify agencies that OSC will be unable to print SFS checks for Payroll Check Reissues, Reversals, Exchanges, and Direct Deposit Returns during the SFS September blackout periods.
