The Office of Employee Relations (OER) has announced that CSEA, PEF, and RRSU represented employees may elect to cash-out up to 120 hours of accrued Over40 Comp Time II credits for 2025. The cash-out is available to employees who have Over40 Comp Time II hours available on their timesheet. Employees can opt to cash-out of the Over40 Comp Time II program without being currently enrolled. The 2025 cash-out election period runs from Monday, October 27, 2025, through Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Over40 Comp Time II credits that an employee elects to cash-out will be deducted from the employee’s time record as of the date the form was received. The 2025 cash-out payment will be made in the payroll check dated December 3, 2025 (Administration employees) and November 26, 2025 (Institution employees).
