On January 25 and 26, 2022, the Office of the State Comptroller issued State Agencies Bulletin Nos. 1989, 1990, and 1991 to provide information and processing instructions regarding the implementation of a pilot program establishing a temporary overtime rate for employees in certain titles represented by PEF, CSEA, NYSCOPBA and C82 working at the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
