The Office of Employee Relations (OER) has provided information on the New York State Health Insurance Program (NYSHIP) NYS Dental Plan Jet Mobile Dentistry Clinics for staff located in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, or Allegany counties.
The clinics will be held at the Cattaraugus County Health Department on January 20 and 21. They are available to current enrollees and covered dependents under the NYS Dental Plan (NYSDP) that are represented by the following bargaining units and are eligible to participate: PEF, NYSCOPBA, NYS PBA, NYSPIA, PBANYS, Council 82, and M/C.
