On February 14, 2024, the Office of the New York State Comptroller issued State Agencies Bulletin No. 2196.1 to inform agencies of the new temporary compensation payment, OSC’s automatic processing of the payment and to provide processing instructions for entering the payment and adjusting existing payments as necessary.
