On October 30, 2025, the Office of the New York State Comptroller issued State Agency Bulletin No. 2382 to to provide agencies with information regarding the change from a Longevity Lump Sum Payment (Earnings Code LLS) based on years at job rate to a Longevity Service Payment (Earnings Code LGS) based on years of qualifying service for employees in an eligible bargaining unit and to inform agencies of OSC’s automatic processing of the April 2025 M/C LGS Payment and provide instructions for payments not automatically processed.
