The Department of Civil Service has updated Policy Bulletin 2023-06. The State of New York Attendance and Leave policy has been amended to allow Managerial/Confidential Employees (M/C) who are entitled to earn and accumulate sick leave credits to accumulate such credits up to a total of 225 days. The LATS-NY system has been updated to allow this change, which was effective July 28, 2023.
