Due to the winter storm, the Office of Employee Relations (OER) directed State Offices in Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Ulster, Dutchess, and Hamilton counties closed, today, Tuesday March 14, 2023. Employees whose official station is in Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Ulster, Dutchess, or Hamilton counties and who were excused from work without charge to accruals may use LATS_NY code 1301-Excused Time by OER.
