On January 5, 2024, the State Comptroller's Office issued State Agencies Bulletin No. 2196 to inform agencies of the new temporary compensation payment, OSC’s automatic processing of the payment, and to provide processing instructions for entering the payment and adjusting existing payments as necessary.
