As of March 6, 2024, New York State Travel card transactions have not loaded into the Statewide Financial System (SFS). As a result, credit card transactions occurring on or after March 6, 2024 cannot be reconciled and expense reports that include these transactions cannot be completed until such time that the transactions are loaded. JP Morgan Chase is working on resolving the issue. The estimated resolution date is March 27, 2024.
Transactions made on both the New York State Procurement and Non-Employee Travel cards
continue to load into SFS as usual. Cardholders may continue to use their Travel cards and review
monthly statements in PaymentNet. The use of PaymentNet including the application process, card
issuance and monthly statements are also not impacted.
The BSC will provide an update once the issue has been resolved and the impacted TCard charges
