The Business Services Center has been made aware by the Office of Employee Relations (OER) that employees enrolled in the 2024 NYS Health Care Spending Program who selected biweekly contributions had incorrect deduction amounts in their 1/3/2024 Administration or 1/11/2024 Institution paychecks. The impacted employees’ full HCSA election is still available to them, and the deduction amount has been corrected for the 1/17/2024 Administration and 1/25/2024 Institution paychecks. OER will work with their vendor to have notifications sent to all impacted employees.
