The Office of Employee Relations (OER) has announced that employees in certain bargaining units are eligible to change their existing holiday compensation option for 2026.
Eligible Employees:
CSEA, Council 82, DC-37, NYSCOPBA, PBANYS, PEF (all salary grades) and Management Confidential employees in salary grades 22 and below wishing to change their existing holiday compensation option should complete the 2026 Waiver of Holiday Compensation Election.
Veterans and Former Reservists in the Security Supervisors Unit (SSPU), Security Services Unit (SSU), and Agency Police Services Unit (APSU) wishing to change their existing holiday compensation option should complete the Special Holiday Waiver Form.
