The New York State Department of Civil Service has announced the 2026 Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP). The 2026 PEP Description outlines the details of this program.
Enrollment for the 2026 PEP runs from Saturday, November 1, 2025, through Monday, December 8, 2025. Employees must submit a completed 2026 PEP Enrollment Form to the BSC via email, fax, or mail below.
Employees of NYS Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation should send completed PEP forms to your agency Human Resource Office, and not to the Business Services Center.
