On January 6, 2025 the Office of the New York State Comptroller issued State Agencies Bulletin No. 2306. The purpose of this bulletin is to provide instructions for processing payroll deductions for the SEFA Campaign in the 2025 calendar year and explain SEFA Continuous Giving.
