Transfer to the Business Services Center
BSC Representative 1
There are many titles that allow you to transfer to the Business Services Center. As a BSC Rep 1, you will process transactions in applications such as the Right Now Ticketing System, PayServ, Human Resources Information System, New York State Electronic Personnel System, and SFS.
BSC Representative 2
There are many titles that allow you to transfer to the Business Services Center. As a BSC Rep 2, you will provide technical assistance to staff and ensure transactions are being reviewed in accordance with standard work procedures, policies, and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
BSC Analyst 1
There are many titles that allow you to transfer to the Business Services Center. As a BSC Analyst 1, you will provide professional-level support to Finance and Human Resources Service lines including Accounts, Purchasing, Travel and Credit Card, Payroll, Personnel and Benefits, and Time & Attendance.
