The BSC coordinates personnel transactions, collects statewide employee information, and maintains personnel files. Other services include:
- Processing and receiving employee information
- Setting up and updating personnel files
- Verifying employee information to external parties
- Recording personnel data changes (e.g., marital status, addresses)
