Remember Your Travel Credit Card Billing Zip Code: 12226
While you're traveling, you may be required to enter your T-Card billing zip code - 12226 - at a gas station, subway, parking machine, or hotel.
Tax Exempt Forms
In case you forgot to print them before you left.
- Tax Exempt Certificate (AC946): This form is used to show your tax-exempt status for car rentals or anything else. It should be printed and given to the company if needed.
- NYS & Local Sales & Use Tax Exemption Certificate (ST-129): This form is ONLY used for hotels or motels that do not have a New York State exemption certificate already on file.
