Are you currently at a Salary Grade 9 with another agency? Your title may be eligible for transfer to a BSC Representative 1 (Salary Grade 11, current salary range $41,993 to $51,410).

What if I'm already a Salary Grade 11 at another agency?
There are over 70 titles eligible for transfer to a BSC Representative 2, including:
- Program Aide
- Motor Vehicle License Examiner
- Licensing Examiner 1
- Payroll Examiner 1

BSC Analyst Traineeship
New! BSC Representatives 1 are now eligible for transfer to BSC Analyst Trainee 1.
BSC Representatives 1 and 2 can transfer to the BSC Analyst title series, which starts as a 2-year traineeship at a Salary Grade 18.
What if I am already in a Salary Grade 13-15 title at another agency?
In addition, a number of para-professional titles are eligible to transfer into this traineeship, including:
- Program Aide, SG 13
- Office Assistant 3 (and various parenthetics), SG 14
- Taxpayer Services Representative 2, SG 14
- Payroll Examiner 2, SG 15
- & More!
The BSC Analyst series has also been deemed eligible for transfer via Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law, meaning that any title deemed professional and administrative in nature that is of a similar grade level may be eligible to transfer into these positions. These include Human Resources, Budget and Finance, and a number of agency-specific program titles.
Individuals with reachable scores on the Professional Careers Opportunities examination, or current State employees who have taken and have reachable scores on the Public Administration Traineeship Transition (PATT) examination are also eligible for appointment to this position.
